Our paid Property Price Investigation Report is designed for a property you have already identified and want independently checked before negotiation or contract.
It can include general market analysis, local buyer demand, public land-price trends, nearby sales, land/building details and a reasoned investigated price.

Brokerage / agency
Property search, introduction, negotiation and transaction work are handled under the appropriate brokerage or agency agreement and applicable Japanese rules.
Separate price investigation
Where you request a distinct research and valuation assignment with defined scope and a written report, we quote that work separately in advance.
We keep the scope of brokerage and any separate valuation/advisory assignment clear so you know what service you are paying for.
